c-ares on windows - error 11

Hi,

I'm trying to use libcares in a program I'm doing. It's working well on Linux
but I keep getting error 11 when running the program on Windows.

I tried to force a list of DNS servers using ares_init_options but it didn't
help at all. The callback function is called immediatly (not when calling
ares_process) and says error 11 - ARES_ECONNREFUSED).

I was wondering if someone had already this problem using libcares on win32
programs and if I was doing something wrong...
