I've attached a sample application for converting an IP-address
to country and country-code. This uses the service from countries.nerd.dk.
I originally wrote it using gethostbyname(), but it now uses c-ares functions.
Before adding it to cvs, I would be happy if someone could try it on Unix
and a big-endian machine. I've only tested it on Win32. Attached.
