Daniel,

One more thing before the public ares_build.h is modified...

For my convenience at some future point, I would like to be able to
use current repository contents without whatever modifications are
done relative to removing or making ares_build.h private.

Which would be the preferred method?

A) Create a branch named "public_ares_build_h" in current repository.

or

B) Using github naming conventions, 'fork' current repository to a
different one yangtse/c-ares.

In case the second method is the preferred one. How on earth can I
achieve this given that I have no "fork" button on badger/c-ares when
I log into github?
