c-ares: a new github organization

Hey,

I've just created a new organization on github called 'c-ares' (I know, crazy
naming, right? =).

I've moved over the c-ares source code repository to its ownership and I've
invited the former collborators on the c-ares respository to become members of
that "organization" to get the same push rights as previously.

I'm doing this just to make the repository less "mine" and more "ours".

Let me know if something doesn't work as it should!
