Using c-ares with LD_PRELOAD

Hello,

I would like to use LD_PRELOAD to have c-ares take over DNS resolving
work in an application that uses libwebkit.

I need to specify the DNS servers, local interface to bind to, and local IP address
to bind to. (Lib-cares already supports these options).

If anyone has done this already and cares to share, please let me know so I don't
waste time re-implementing it.

And, if someone wants to do this for a modest fee, let me know as well.
